Joseph Harsch

Joseph Harsch is the Director of Product Management for Cisco’s Webex Calling - Wholesale and Webex for BroadWorks solutions. He has more than 20 years of communication leadership covering all phases of the product lifecycle with roles spanning product management, engineering, marketing, system engineering, and support. Joseph joined Cisco in 2018 with the acquisition of BroadSoft and has a passion for Cloud Calling and Collaboration with an eye to bringing big business communication tools to small businesses. Joseph is a lifelong musician, living in western Maryland with his wife and dogs.
